At Asad Aureum – The Golden Essence, we carefully check and pack every order to ensure you receive your products in the best possible condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened, used, sprayed, or tested.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Fragrance Performance

Fragrance longevity and projection may vary depending on skin type, body chemistry, weather, and application method. Differences in fragrance performance are not considered a product defect and are generally not eligible for a return or refund.
